Choices
Make you Bitter or Better
What you say to yourself determines the choices you
make.
The one thing that we all have in common is that we are
all afforded the opportunity to make choices. Today's
professionals are under a lot of pressure to perform and
create positive results. Empowering choices determine
your path to success or failure. What underlying principles
are guiding the decisions that lead to the choices you
make? Do you suffer from "paralysis by analysis?"
The skills and practical ideas presented in this dynamic
session will make the difference between struggles and
ease in the careers and personal lives of the participants
who attend. "You'll never look at the choices you
make in the same way again!"
It's Not About You!
Great leaders learn how to listen to what is not being
said.
Have you ever had a team member or colleague that you
just could not communicate with? Have you ever tried communicating
with someone whom you might as well be speaking to in
Martian, because nothing you say or do appears to help
the communication lines between you?
This session teaches you how to listen to what is not
being said. You will master the art of communicating without
speaking, and learn how to tune into the channel WII-FM
(What's in it for me) that most people are on. You'll
walk out with a clear understanding of your communication
approach and the approach of others.
The Little Voice That
Saved My Life
Signature keynote.
On October 16th 1996, a residence hall counselor at the
hall that David managed, was murdered at Purdue University.
The young man who committed the murder went on to take
his own life. This presentation examines the incidents
that led up to that event and how David avoided being
the third fatality that day. You'll have insights into
your own behaviors and motivations as well as of those
around you. You will walk away from this presentation
with an appreciation and strategy for communicating more
effectively with the people around you. |
